Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Every product offered by ISRG Healing includes digital learning materials as described on its individual product page. These materials are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, once access has been provided, they cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies regardless of whether you have:

  • Accessed or downloaded any digital learning materials.
  • Scheduled or completed a Traditional Usui Reiki Distance Attunement.
  • Submitted an Advanced Energy Systems & Attunements request.
  • Received a Chi Ball Attunement.
  • Submitted a Certificate Application or received a certificate.

Before You Purchase

Missed Appointments

If you miss your scheduled distance attunement appointment, the appointment itself is not automatically refunded, in line with our no-refund policy above. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate a new time, subject to availability.

Payment Errors or Technical Issues

If you experience a duplicate charge, a failed transaction that was still charged, or any technical error during checkout, please contact us immediately through the Contact page. Genuine billing errors of this nature will be corrected.

Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact ISRG Healing before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access to purchased digital products and services where permitted by applicable law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction.

Order Cancellation
