Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Every purchase made on Isrg Healing delivers a digital product – a PDF Training Manual and/or PDF Attunement Receiving Guide – instantly to your email upon completion of payment. Once these materials have been delivered, the product has been fully provided and cannot be returned, making a refund impractical and unavailable.
This applies regardless of whether you have:
- Opened or downloaded the PDF materials
- Booked or attended your attunement appointment
- Submitted your Chi Ball Request Form
- Received your attunement
- Applied for or received your certificate
Before You Purchase

Missed Appointments
If you miss your scheduled distance attunement appointment, the appointment itself is not automatically refunded, in line with our no-refund policy above. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate a new time, subject to availability.
Payment Errors or Technical Issues
If you experience a duplicate charge, a failed transaction that was still charged, or any technical error during checkout, please contact us immediately through the Contact page. Genuine billing errors of this nature will be corrected.
